We get a lot of questions. If you have one you don’t see the answer to, please email or text us and we will get back to you!

    • All clients must provide a valid government issued ID, and be 18 or older to enter the shop.

    • The full payment for the session must be made at the time of service with cash or card.

    • A small processing fee will be applied to all debit and credit card transactions.

    • Absolutely no offensive or politically incorrect imagery/words.

    • The artists reserve the right to refuse any request they do not believe will age well, are outside of their preferred styles, or does not complement the client’s anatomy.

    • We do NOT allow companions to accompany clients due to the size of the shop. We simply do not have the space or parking to accommodate extra people.

    • Only single use, high quality, sterilized disposable products shall be used by artists during the tattoo process.

    • We operate in compliance with the Northeast Health District, and under no circumstances will compromise their standards.

  • Please note that all tattoo deposits are non-refundable, however, are transferable with a 48 hour notice of cancellation. For multi-session tattoos, the deposit will be held as payment towards the last session of the tattoo. Upon paying a deposit it is acknowledged that you have communicated your tattoo design idea to the artist, and have reviewed the artist's prior works to decide that the artist can implement your idea to your satisfaction. Furthermore, it is understood that creating a tattoo design based on your concept is subjective, and variations may exist between your concept and the finished design. We don’t offer drawings or drafts to be previewed before the scheduled appointment time. Complex designs may be finished on the day of the tattoo to be tailored to your anatomy.

Clients will forfeit their deposit if they:

** fail to appear or give a 48 hour notice of cancellation for a consultation or tattoo appointment

** arrive more than 30 minutes late to a tattoo appointment

** reschedule more than a once for any sessions of the same tattoo, regardless of notice

**fail to have a multi session tattoo worked on more than 3 months between sessions

** fail to reschedule a new appointment within 30 days of a cancellation

** arrive to a tattoo appointment without government-issued identification

** request a new design, or change the location or style of the tattoo
